First 4 weeks of school

WHAT THE FIRST FOUR WEEKS OF SCHOOL 2017

Hello I’m a year 6 and I am in rm 16 y 5,6. My favouite thing that we did is explodingly fun science.In Science learnt with rm 15 about solids, liquids, gases and plasma  how you can change the matter of state.Did you know that it takes 41 min to melt a ice cube with salt! The order of the melting was Ice with salt (1st) then the normal one (2nd)then the sugar one (3rd.)

(STATES OF MATTER)

SOLID→Sublimation to GAS→ionization to PLASMA

SOLID→ melting to LIQUID→vaporization to GAS deionization to ←PLASMA

SOLID  freezing  to  ← LIQUID  condensation to  ←GAS→deposition to SOLID

PLASMA enthalpy of the system to←SOLID

Also since I am year 6 I became A WAIHEKE HOUSE LEADER. We did little kauri learning about how to be a helpful leader and learning teamwork with other house leader like (Eric O Angel Tiana Ryleigh Eric C Tyrell Tai Grace…)  THE END

ANZAC

As I sit and think of ANZAC day I think about the ones that died in the Anzac vs turkey WW1 war fight. Imagine how it must of been for them sound of annoy bombs and grenades and the crashing sounds of the guns firing out loud KABOOM. And the smell of gases from the war.

ANZAC means Australia New Zealand Army Courts.New Zealand and Australia are friends.

There were dangerous weapons like Rifle, guns and more. Poppys were remember. 



Lest we forget

Dear diary I'm as tired as a snail I've been searching a long time to find a pyramid or tomb not robbed.This is my 6th year and I get free money from Lord Carnivon but is my last year.I'm in Egypt and I'm as tired as a snail running 1 km.When all of a sudden I found a stair ,another then another then I found a wall.The wall was big and strong but the tomb had been robbed because there was a lot of holes.So then we broke the wall and then we saw a miracle it was magic it was like 1 billion dollars.


Inside had gold everywhere there were stuff like throne... and it was all gold!But we found something interesting it as interesting as if words can teleport. It was a box and it was covered with gold and in that box had a another and it kept on going until there was something really interesting. The pyramid had Tutankum's death mask and him.I was as excited as if I won the lotto 100000 million times.We took 10 years to empty we had to use hand.Me and my crew and Lord Carnivon were as rich as millionaires and we lived happily ever after.

                                 THE HAUNTED HOUSE                                

Once upon a time there lived a universe, in that universe there lived a world ,in that world there lived a country ,in that country there lived a city, in that city there lived a street and in that street there lived a HAUNTED HOUSE!That house lived a family that had 3 a mum, dad and there child, Fred.They had a doll haunted it had 3 arms ,can change to anyone if there in the house and the house moves by the movement of the doll.


So they decided to throw it away but it kept on teleporting away.So the plan was a fail.


They weren't giving up so they locked the doors and put the house on fire.It worked because the doll only can telleport around the house. they became heroes and they got free money and got a house and happily ever after.

The day that Sylvia Durrant came to school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today we went to room 22, to see Sylvia Durrant, she had a dog.It was her 3rd dog, and she just got it.At the end we got to pat it, I patted it but it always moved, so I touched her nose.We had to wait outside because we had wait till it ended because Mrs Hook was going to help Sylvia.The dog was called Missy she was a penguin dog.


We also saw a parrot and it was a boy, because Sylvia said "that if it had beautiful feathers on her neck it was a boy."


I also saw a morepork at day even though it was nocturnal.It was a predator to birds and it was really powerful, if it grabbed a mouse it will move, but when it locks it can't move.


She also brought some cute Goldfinches and they were really cute!

The awesome artist

Stu Duval came and it was wonderful.My favourite part of all was when he told the story, that got exciting.


I was really scared if there was actually a witch.I laughed when he sang the funny song.


The weird part was when there came a unicorn even though it was not on the character list.It was kind of little red riding hood except there had a extra prince, a witch, a 3 little pigs a Bob... The end.
